Membership – Terms of Service

Membership is a rolling monthly membership billed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Membership Structure

Tox Club, Collagen Club and Glow Club is a monthly subscription that provides benefits on an earned basis.

Benefits are not provided upfront. They are issued only after the required number of successful payments have been completed.

Passes are earned every 3 months (or 2 months if applicable to your tier).
Passes are added to your account only after the required payments have been successfully collected.
Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Passes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

2. Billing & Payments

Your membership fee is collected monthly via Stripe.

Payments are taken automatically on your billing date.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 2 more times.
If all 3 attempts fail, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
No benefits will be issued for months where payment has not been successfully collected.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future benefits immediately.
Any benefits already earned remain valid until their expiry date.
Payments already collected cannot be refunded.
If you cancel part-way through an earning cycle, any payments made cannot be refunded, but the amount paid can be redeemed against an alternative treatment at The Skin Studio.
No cash alternative is available.

4. Refunds

Tox Club, Collagen Club and Glow Club is a subscription membership and is non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for unused benefits.
No refunds are provided if you cancel mid-cycle.
No refunds are provided if you fail to redeem your earned pass before expiry.
Payments already collected cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. Alternative Treatment Redemption

If you cancel your membership before completing a full earning cycle:

Any payments already collected may be used as credit towards another treatment at The Skin Studio.
Credit must be used within 3 months of cancellation.
Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or retail products.

6. Retail Discounts

Members receive 10% off retail while their membership is active.

Discount applies only to full-price retail items.
Discount cannot be used after cancellation.
Discount cannot be applied to treatments.

7. Birthday Glow Facial/Dermalux Upgrades

Members receive one complimentary Glow Facial or a Dermalux LED upgrade during their birthday month.

Membership must be active at the time of booking.
Facial must be booked within 30 days of being issued.
No cash alternative is available.
If the membership is cancelled before the birthday month, the facial benefit is forfeited.

8. Pass Usage

Each earned pass entitles the member to their selected membership.

Passes are valid for 3 months.
Passes cannot be redeemed early.
Passes cannot be transferred to another person.
Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or retail products.
Passes can only be redeemed while the membership is active.

9. Membership Behaviour

The Skin Studio reserves the right to cancel a membership if:

payments repeatedly fail
terms are breached
behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
fraudulent activity is suspected

Any earned benefits remain valid until expiry, but no further benefits will be issued.

10. Changes to Membership

The Skin Studio may update membership pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.

Existing members will be informed before any changes take effect.

11. Agreement

By subscribing to Memberships via Stripe, you confirm that:

you understand this is a rolling monthly membership
benefits are earned, not upfront
payments are non-refundable
benefits stop immediately upon cancellation
failed payments may result in automatic cancellation
no cash alternatives are available

General Terms and Conditions

Deposits and booking confirmation

All appointments must be booked online through our website.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information.

Cancellations and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

With sufficient notice, your deposit can be either refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Prescription Treatments

Prescription treatments are customised specifically for you and cannot be reused.

Once you have attended script clinic and product purchased, deposits (50%) for prescription treatments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Late arrivals and missed appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, or fail to attend, your appointment may be cancelled as there may not be enough time to complete your treatment.

In these cases, your deposit will not be refunded.
